Here at Cooper Golding we understand in order to create a Link to success we need to ensure we have properly vetted candidates and …..yes …clients too! We are proud of our accreditations with the REC and TEAM both of whom represent trusted Recruitment agencies and businesses.  We ensure all our candidates are eligible to work in the UK coupled with candidate terms being agreed before we send them across for either any open vacancies or talk about them to our client base.  We adopt the approach of ensuring each candidate has been comprehensively screened and interviewed, prior to forwarding and that all documentation is in place to meet our exceptionally high quality standards. We also want to work with and supply credible businesses to link with our candidates and thus we offer a transparent service and like to work collaboratively with clients agreeing fees up front and offering discounts for exclusivity or multiple vacancies. Everyone can rest assured that this is an incredibly important aspect of linking talent with employers of choice!
