Clinician Recruiter
Remote role, with Company meetings held in Barnstaple, North Devon, every 2 weeks.
Salary £25-26K PRO RATA plus 10% Bonus initially part-time based on 3 days a week - Monday, Thursday and another of your choosing to join our Client's team on a part-time basis, with the potential for this role to become full-time as their organization grows.

What is the purpose of the Clinician recruiter?
This role will support the Head Clinician. You will headhunt the full range of skill sets required to build teams in various locations throughout the UK. Those teams offer a holistic approach to assessing the needs of families whose children and young people need Autism, ADHD and mental health support. This role will require sensitivity, thoroughness and a proactive approach to recruiting, booking interviews and completing the onboarding process.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Identify and Attract Qualified Clinicians: Utilize various recruitment channels and strategies to find top-tier clinicians specializing in mental health and autism assessments, including Occupational Therapists, Clinical Psychologists, and Clinical Psychiatrists.
  2. Screening and Interviewing: Conduct thorough screening processes to ensure candidates meet the high standards required and book interviews with the Head Clinician.
  3. Develop and Maintain Talent Pipeline: Build and sustain a strong pipeline of qualified clinicians to meet the ongoing and future needs of the organization.
  4. Onboarding Coordination: Handle all aspects of the onboarding process, including the collection and verification of necessary documentation and credentials.
  5. Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with colleagues to understand staffing needs and ensure seamless integration of new hires.
  6. Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all recruitment activities and documentation comply with relevant laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
  7. Desktop Research and Lead Generation: Familiarize yourself with the talent landscape through desktop research. Identify and generate qualified leads via Google searches, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other platforms.
  8. Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint: Efficiently use Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint for managing recruitment documentation, reports, and communications.
  9. Job Posting and Advertising: Create and manage job postings on various platforms to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
  10. Networking and Relationship Building: Develop relationships with professional organizations, educational institutions, and other relevant networks to enhance recruitment efforts.
  11. Data Management and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and outcomes.
  12. Confidentiality and Sensitivity: Handle all recruitment processes with the utmost confidentiality and sensitivity, respecting the privacy of both candidates and the organization. An enhanced DBS check will be required.
Qualifications and experience required for the Clinician Recruiter:
  • Proven experience in recruitment;  Healthcare particularly within mental health and autism services is desirable.
  • Understanding of clinician credentialing and licensing requirements a bonus.
  • Proficient in desktop research and lead generation using Google, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
  • Skilled in using Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • High level of professionalism and discretion.
