Office Administrator
Permanent or Temporary to Permanent role Based in Bideford
Monday to Thursday 8.30 am to 5.00 pm
Friday 8.30 am to 2.00 pm
£11.44 per hour

What is the purpose of the Office Administrator?
You will be processing orders placed by clients to ensure smooth flow of customer orders and provide general customer services information to their trade customers.
What are the responsibilities of a Office Administrator?
- Processing incoming sales orders.
- Processing and monitoring Direct Home Delivery orders.
- Generating production tickets for the factory.
- Answering incoming calls and performing routine office duties, such as filing.
- Assisting with company project work.
- Cross training in all areas of our office to ensure job cover is always in place.
What are the qualifications and experience required for the Office Administrator?
- Ideally experience in order / data inputting,
- Good IT Skills particularly Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel.
- Knowledge of sage would be an advantage but not essential
- Have fast, accurate data entry skills.
- Have strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills both with staff and senior managers.
- Be able to work under pressure and to deadlines.
- Flexible, courteous, friendly and a positive approach.
