Payroll Administrator PAY £11.55 to 11.59 per hour
Temporary role based in Bideford
Tuesday to Thursday 9.00 am to 5.00 pm

They are a modern, fast growing, and progressive accountancy practice with a friendly and supportive team. Their Payroll Bureau manage a broad portfolio of clients processing payrolls of varying sizes and frequencies.
 
What is the purpose of a Payroll Administrator?
 
You will cover the payroll process from start to finish. monitoring the flow of information to ensure they have the correct data, processing the payroll information, providing the client with the required reports, closing the pay run for each period and producing payslips, and any associated workplace pension requirements.
 
What are the responsibilities of the Payroll Administrator?
 
  • Processing Payrolls
  • Data entry
  • RTI FPS submissions
  • Producing required reports, payslips, P45s, pension files etc
  • Supporting the team leader and other colleagues
  • Year end processing
  • Liaising with clients to answer queries and ensure correct data
What are the qualifications and experience required for the Payroll Administrator?
 
  • Previous experience is Payroll is key
  • Communication
  • Flexibility
