My client is a leading interior design, manufacturing, and fit-out company that provides innovative retail solutions to exciting brands nationwide. The company is currently undergoing significant growth and is seeking a motivated Project Manager to facilitate the safe and successful delivery of multiple projects across the country.
Responsibilities:
  • Client Collaboration: Collaborate with top management and clients to understand project requirements, delivery schedules, timelines, and costs.
  • Team Coordination: Work closely with the Project Director, delivery team, and business leads to provide necessary support and knowledge to manage project workload demands.
  • Project Planning: Plan and manage project schedules diligently to ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Site Management: Liaise with Project Site Managers to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet the required standards.
  • Supplier and Contractor Management: Collaborate with suppliers and contractors to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.
  • Financial Monitoring: Monitor and communicate project financial performance, managing budgets and expenditures effectively.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues as they arise.
  • Scope Management: Handle changes to project scope, contracts, and deliverables effectively.
  • Progress Tracking: Track project deliverables and monitor overall progress, ensuring milestones are met.
Requirements:
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management tools, including Microsoft Office packages.
  • Commercial and contractual awareness, with a good understanding of construction projects.
  • Holder of a full UK driver's license.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and suppliers.
  • Previous experience in project management is essential; bespoke training will be provided.
