Responsibilities:
- Client Collaboration: Collaborate with top management and clients to understand project requirements, delivery schedules, timelines, and costs.
- Team Coordination: Work closely with the Project Director, delivery team, and business leads to provide necessary support and knowledge to manage project workload demands.
- Project Planning: Plan and manage project schedules diligently to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Site Management: Liaise with Project Site Managers to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet the required standards.
- Supplier and Contractor Management: Collaborate with suppliers and contractors to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.
- Financial Monitoring: Monitor and communicate project financial performance, managing budgets and expenditures effectively.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues as they arise.
- Scope Management: Handle changes to project scope, contracts, and deliverables effectively.
- Progress Tracking: Track project deliverables and monitor overall progress, ensuring milestones are met.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools, including Microsoft Office packages.
- Commercial and contractual awareness, with a good understanding of construction projects.
- Holder of a full UK driver's license.
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and suppliers.
- Previous experience in project management is essential; bespoke training will be provided.
- 28 holidays per calendar year, inclusive of bank holidays and statutory holidays.
