Our client specialising in distributing high-quality packaging materials. This is a new additional role due to continued expansion, we are seeking a dynamic Sales Account Manager professional to strengthen client relationships and drive revenue growth.

What will the Sales Account Manager responsibilities be? 
  • Manage and grow existing customer accounts portfolio, ensuring excellent service and maximising sales opportunities.
  • Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and industry research.
  • Understand client needs and propose tailored packaging solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to achieve win-win outcomes.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams (production, admin, distribution, and accounts) to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
  • Provide regular accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.

What Qualifications and Experience will the sales account manager have?
  • Proven track record in sales, account management, and business development, ideally within the packaging, manufacturing, or industrial sectors.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Ability to manage multiple key accounts while actively pursuing new leads.
  • Comfortable working towards and exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
