What will the Sales Account Manager responsibilities be?
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts portfolio, ensuring excellent service and maximising sales opportunities.
- Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and industry research.
- Understand client needs and propose tailored packaging solutions that meet their requirements.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to achieve win-win outcomes.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams (production, admin, distribution, and accounts) to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
- Provide regular accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.

- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments
- Proven track record in sales, account management, and business development, ideally within the packaging, manufacturing, or industrial sectors.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
- Ability to manage multiple key accounts while actively pursuing new leads.
- Comfortable working towards and exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
