“Having recently joined Cooper Golding, I was asked to put together a short bio. It was then that I realised it is so much easier to sell other people over yourself!
I have been involved in recruitment for the past 20 years; making placements from production floor to company directors. This has given me a vast amount of experience in the recruitment world. My main passion lies within industrial recruitment. I love the pressure and unpredictability that the industrial desk can bring. No two days are the same!
Having spent all my recruiting life in North Devon, I understand the difficulties employers face when it comes to getting the right candidates, for the right roles, in the right area. That said, I have also recruited nationally for clients which I find enjoyable as well.
I am massively into customer service; I like to have regular contact with clients and have been known to get on the production lines to get a feel for the roles that we are supplying.”
