What is the purpose of the Marketing Manager?
We are recruiting a Marketing Manager to drive our clients brand forward in this exciting high-end sector. Experienced in Business to Business, high end brand/product marketing, you will be responsible for planning and implementing the promotion of their product range, services, and overall brand awareness.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic, creative and visionary individual who is adept at implementing new ideas to play an integral role to drive sales and brand awareness for a fantastic forward thinking company.
What are the responsibilities of the Marketing Manager?
• A starting salary of up to £48,000 per annum (dependant on experience).
• Annual performance bonus.
• 39 hours per week (4-day pattern available).
• 28 days holiday including bank holidays.

What are the responsibilities of the Marketing Manager?
- Responsibility for brand management and the development and implementation of the company’s strategic global marketing plans
- Management of our website, SEO requirements, PR requirements, social media, branded materials, events, and other content
- Production and presentation of reports analysing marketing and PR activity
- Developing and implementing a full PR program in the UK and overseas
- Developing and implementing marketing plans and control of marketing budgets
- Organization and promotion of external (client) and internal (staff) events
- Managing our in-house marketing team of content and digital coordinators and external agencies when required
- Potential for international travel, primarily to North America
- B2B marketing and PR experience
- High-end/Luxury brand experience
- Working knowledge of organic SEO strategies from implementation to analytics
- Knowledge of WordPress, Google Analytics, and a broad understanding of marketing-related software/apps
- Strong copywriting skills, with a portfolio to demonstrate
- Experience in event organization and management
- Experience in PR, engaging with top-tier media outlets
- The ability to manage an in-house marketing team and external agencies where necessary
- Desire to travel for trade shows, promotional events, and PR activities, approximately 4 times per year
- Knowledge of the interior design sector would be desirable
- Will share their social responsibility values
- Excellent written English and verbal/non-verbal communication skills are essential
- Demonstrate experience and success within a B2B environment
- Take pride in their work and have an excellent level of attention to detail
- Demonstrate competence with Microsoft Office package
- An understanding of the exceptional customer service levels associated with a luxury brand
- An understanding of business-to-business processes within a demanding sector
- Focused and organized collaborator
- An active interest and desire to learn more about luxury brands, interior design, and architecture
- Qualified to degree level in Marketing or a similar subject
- Hold a valid UK Driving Licence and Passport
